Oops, what’s this? Two days in one?! AND I’m writing this from my bed?! Well yesterday was an 11 hour work day as I took the wrong bus home, and today is probably another one of those – then I get two days off to relaaaax. So! Here’s day 4 and 5!

On the fourth day of Christmas my Steepsters gave to me… 4 colly birds!
Whee! I opened it up to an explosion of stars! Thank you Boxer Mama, it made me laugh which is an amazing way to start the day
I’ve been searching for the perfect Black Currant tea, it being my favourite candy flavour, so I was pretty pumped to give this one a try.

I made a pot with the whole package – it brewed up nice and dark. A hint of astringency with a kick in the face kind of caffeine (I definitely needed it!). Harney and Sons base is so smooth though, such a treat! I haven’t had a lot from them, but what I have had I’ve loved. This is no exception – the black currant flavour was definitely there, but didn’t overshadow the actual TEA. I would happily serve this at a tea party, but even more happily drink it all myself!!! Thanks BoxerMama!

This day will be a little different… as it’s my day! I chose Glitter and Gold from Davids tea, not only for it’s glittery golden aspect – but the flavours just scream Christmas to me! Cinnamon and clove, orange peel, a hint of sweetness and a gorgeous glittering brew. I decorated each package differently, even Michael helped with some!

These are the ones Michael helped with! I love the creepy santa

I hope everyone enjoyed their day as much as I enjoyed decorating them. And now.. the tough part – getting out of bed so I can drink some too!
